Job Description:  
Candidate must have manufacturing experience with machine operation or lamination experience. Candidate must be comfortable working in production as part of a team with specific production goals. The person selected will be working directly with other members within the lamination department, along with the safety and quality departments.
Duties/responsibilities:
· Receive production orders and job assignments from supervisor.
· Verify the materials supplied for production are correct to produce job.
· Complete job maintaining optimum production rate while maintaining all quality standards according to customer specifications or company guidelines monitoring for defects.
· Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and collecting production run samples as required.
· Follow all safety and operational procedures.
· Ensure proper cleanliness of machine and immediate work area.
 · Assist in machine repairs.
 · Complete weekly machine maintenance.
 · Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Able to stand for long periods of time
 · Ability to read and understand work orders. · Ability to read a ruler.
 · Work well in a team environment
· Work overtime as need
· Ability to work within department standards with a strong attention to details.
