Position Summary:
The Strategic Account Manager generates profitable revenue by managing and expanding relationships with general contractors (ENR), large corporations, energy sector, government services, and industrial accounts. This position also works closely with sales representatives to target prospects across branch territory lines.

This position requires the ability to perform duties using both typical office equipment such as computers, cell phones, and printers as well as the ability to communicate and perform tasks in a construction/workshop environment.

This position also works closely with sales representatives to target prospects across branch territory lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify new strategic, general contractors (ENR), energy sector, government, and industrial business opportunities by analyzing market conditions, competition, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies for differentiating company products and services.
- Create and deploy, when appropriate, pricing strategies to influence contract terms and product selection.
- Maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers and manage customer accounts.
- Close service contracts by delivering presentations to senior-level customers.
- Negotiate contract terms to develop master lease agreements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to grow account business and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate communication and coordination of sales activities with major customers.
- Work with Branch Managers on product availability and order execution for customers with master lease agreements.
- Prepare forecasts and reports on sales results, market conditions, and account metrics.
- Support revenue and profit goals by negotiating favorable contracts.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Experience with modular/mobile office space preferred; knowledge of large accounts, government services, and industrial customers required.
- Minimum of 5 years in successful sales involving complex transactions and account management with executive-level decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a rental or leasing business with repeat customers desired.
- Shown ability to collaborate with other team members to accomplish tasks.
- Thoroughness and detail oriented.
